How can I get Weather Blocker Enclosed Sides?
Weather Blocker Enclosed Sides are available for any complete structure order at Carports.com.  The Weather Blocker Enclosed Sides are not available if you do not purchase your structure at Carports.com. 

What's included in the Weather Blocker Enclosed Sides? 
Weather Blocker Enclosed Sides includes Weather Blocker material, necessary Bungee Ball cords and special Clip-It Grommets for installation and shipping to your home or business address inside the continental United States.

What size is the Weather Blocker Enclosed Sides?
Weather Blocker Enclosed Sides come six (6) feet height only. The length of Weather Blocker Enclosed Sides comes the length of your structure. 

Example: If your structure has a side height greater than 6 (six) feet, you will need to add sheet metal panels on the sides to make up the difference. Questions? Call us toll free  888-822-7767.

How are the Weather Blocker Enclosed Sides installed? 
Weather Blocker Enclosed Sides are installed by the customer as a do-it-yourself add-on product separate from the structure you order from Carports.com. The very easy Clip-It design allows you to install the Weather Blocker Enclosed Sides in minutes. For convince, you are able to remove them at anytime as well, and re-install them anytime later. The Weather Blocker Enclosed Sides come with the necessary Bungee Balls and special Clip-It Grommets that make positioning and installing it easy! No special installation tools are required. Instructions are included in the package.

Can I order extra Bungee Balls and Clip-It Grommets?
Yes. If you have already ordered a structure from Carports.com and Weather Blocker Enclosed Sides, you may order additional Bungee Ball & Clip-It Grommets.  The price is $1 per Bungee Ball/Clip-It Grommet Set, plus a flat fee of $5 shipping & handling.

Example: If you want to order 20 extra Bungee Balls and 20 Clip-It Grommets, the cost would be $20.00 + $5.00 S&H, Total of $25.00. 

Where is the Weather Blocker Sides shipped from?
Weather Blocker Enclosed Sides are shipped directly from Carports.com, separate from your structure. If your structure is being installed, the Weather Blocker Enclosed Sides will come separate as a customer add-on product (do-it-yourself). No professional equipment or tools are needed to install the Weather Blocker Enclosed Sides. 

When can I expect to receive my Weather Blocker Sides?
Weather Blocker Enclosed Sides are shipped only after your structure has been installed and paid in full at the manufacturer. There are absolutely no exceptions to this. Weather Blocker Enclosed Sides are a separate add-on product from your structure purchase.  Once your structure has been paid in full, your Weather Blocker Enclosed Sides order will be processed and shipped. 

What's the Return & Refund Policy for Weather Blocker Sides?
Refunds for Weather Blocker Enclosed Sides are processed upon the return of the Weather Blocker in like new condition by customer.  Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.  If Carports.com endures return shipping fees for returned Weather Blocker, the fees will be deducted from the refund to customer. Upon receiving the returned Weather Blocker at Carports.com in like new condition, the customer will receive 100% refund of the charge for the Weather Blocker minus a $20 restocking fee.

For Enclosing The Sides Of A Carport:
Take the height of your TNT carport frame, minus 1 foot.  Then take that number times the length of your carport frame.  That will give you the square footage for each SIDE.  So if you want both sides enclosed then you take it times two so that it includes both sides. Weather Blocker Enclosed Sides have a standard 6 foot height (no other height is available). Ask us how you install on a structure that has a 9' height, call toll free 888-822-7767.
  
For Enclosing Back-End Of A Carport:
Take the height of your TNT carport frame, minus 1 foot.  Then take that number times the width of your carport frame.  That will not figure in the gable end part of the carport.
